To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 25% of the course content. Once you have viewed or downloaded more than 25% of the materials, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

- Course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error

- Subscription renewals after the initial subscription period

4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided less than 25% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
